GetClub Chess improved again.31 Jan 2008 18:55 GMT1
Good day. And really a good day for me. As today GetClub Chess was
further improved now it plays much better than it used to yesterday.
Atleast 3-4 times better than it was 2 days back.
Now you will feel as if the GetClub Chess is playing like a Wind. And
CB9 upgrade31 Jan 2008 18:21 GMT1
Does anyone use CB9 these days ;)
I have CB7 and was wondering if its worth getting the upgrade to CB9. CB7
has its fair share of bugs, is CB9 any better?
Have they fixed all the bugs in CB9 yet or would I have to ponce about

Goichberg Plans to Eliminate Chess Life for Kids31 Jan 2008 16:54 GMT8
Bill Goichberg is not the right man for the job. It is perfectly
obvious what needs to be done, and Bill Goichberg refuses to do it.
Instead he advocates eliminating Chess Life For Kids magazine and
cutting the print version of Chess Life magazine.

First of all a few facts about myself: I am an International Master,
an active chess player and for the last 10 years I have been chess
coach. I wish to share some of my knowledge and even to let loose the
anger I got from so many absurdities I have heard from weak coaches,

Please analyze Game between Normal + HelpBot.30 Jan 2008 17:00 GMT14
Here is a game between Help Bot & Normal Level. See what mistake
Normal did that it lost the match in 60 moves. Since both are very
strong players and they both thought 1-2 min per move so it would need
very long calculations and analysis to find weakness in the game.

Fritz 930 Jan 2008 02:52 GMT2
I just installed Fritz 9.  The 3d boards worked for awhile but the
program now crashes every time I switch to 3d. I'd appreciate any
ideas on how to fix this.

Worst/Best Display of Sportsmanship at a Tournament by Opponent28 Jan 2008 19:15 GMT24
The worst display was at a tournament in Atlanta where my opponent had
a lost position with 30 minutes on his clock. Instead of resigning, he
grabbed his coat and his hat, didn't look at me at all, and walked
away.
