I'm thinking about getting involved in correspondence chess, and I
hear a lot about internet sites and programs that facilitate the
process.
what would you recommend? how do you recommend I get started?

I want to know if it is possible to configure and UCI engine like
Crafty or GnuChess to play at a specific ELO level?

Anand played am opening novelty in his game against Topolov. Topa avoided
it and went for a draw. Have any GMs aanalyzed the novelty?

While not much in fashion at top levels of play the Sicilian Wing Gambit 1.
e4 c5 2. b4 can be accepted by black and the gained pawn maintained. But,
this allows White a certain initiative. I wonder if anyone here has
experience of declining the gambit with 2... b6.
