From Junior 9 to Hiarcs 10 - A big improvement !31 Dec 2005 22:52 GMT3
I want to tell you about my first experiences with Hiarcs 10.

I am not a strong player at all but I never got a good feeling about Junior.
Fritz9 3D  boards31 Dec 2005 18:55 GMT4
I cannot see the Photorealistic 3D boards with Fritz9, it tells me "you
need to install DirectX from the CD in order to use 3D boards". I did

my computer. After clicking on OK, it dipslays this ugly old 3D ...

My serial number expired on my Chessbase 9 program31 Dec 2005 04:01 GMT3
I'm angry about this. Now I'm not allowed to get updates to Chessbase 9
without purchasing a new serial number?! There's no way I'm going to
purchase another serial number for a 100 dollar program I installed a
year ago. I'm reduced to downloading only weekly chess games from ...

Fritz 9 vs Fritz 829 Dec 2005 00:42 GMT1
I got Fritz 9 for Christmas. I already have Fritz8.
The Fritz8 engine is not included with Fritz9. Is there any way I can
get it into Fritz9 so that I can play the engines against each other?
I tried importing the UCI  Fritz8 engine but it failed.
