Kamsky won the world cup!! and now he plays topalov next year. Will the USCF help fund/finance him towards training for the match and getting a second?

Use the standard chessboard, and the standard set of pieces. At the beginning of the game each player keeps her/his pieces on the table, between her/himself and the board.

my opponents King is on b8, my Queen is holding the King there on d7 and I'm getting ready to promote a pawn g7 to g8. when i promote the pawn is the resulting position checkmate (i'm thinking yes) since the K wasnt in check before the move and now is, or is it a stalemate? I

Can anyone suggest an EPD analysis software? Posibly that supports Rybka (or Crafty). I founf epd2diag very old and odd looking. Thanks for your answers

Has Gotta Kamsky found his form again? Is he really that good at chess? How come Gotta keeps beating all these GMs. If Gotta qualifies for the next candidates match, then he will be playing mostly young people.
