Is it good to play the Gruenfeld against 1.c4 and 1.Nf3? What would be
the advantages and disadvantages of that setup?

Though Marshall Attack is one of the most feared attack, Black can not
win if white wants only a draw. Only when white tries to win, avoiding
the repetition, Black gets its chance. There are lot of GM games where
