I have a somewhat odd question. Is it possible to construct a position (assume that a capture or a pawn move has just occured) that is drawn, but in which one player has a win if we dispense with the 50- move rule? I have have tried some positions, but have not found one

a young player (well, ... for me 20y is young) of my chessclub sent a game to a chesssite which kindly offer a free analysis. He has shown it to me and I think they wrote some interesting concepts but in some aspects I disagree.

A lot of books and expert refer to controling the center is the paramount importance in positional play. But how do you know if your pawn strong center is going to under pressure from the flank? Is their a hidden danger to centralize pieces?
