"Jerzy" <> Herr Heimdal, you have written too much. Go away Cepie.

Go back to Poland, you greasy turds.

As soon as they figure out a way to get rid of garbage like you, then I am
sure they will work on the rest.

Fortunately, when I want to get rid of you, I just flush my toilet. You go
floating back to your people in Poland.

Somehow Internet should develop
ways to get rid of such anonymous
garbage like this Heimdal or rather
a coward who is signing itself as
"Heimdal".

"Wlodzimierz Holsztynski (wlod)" <Of the two, it is Grant Perks who is the

He is showing his true colors. One of the great things about having some one
like Sam Sloan as the measuring stick for evil is that you can clearly see
that the rest of them are not so pure as the virgins that they pretend to
be.

Vince Hart is misleading us grossly:

Like Gran Perks this time, Sam lost elections on the
previous occasions, but he never attempted pathetic
Grant Perks' pathetic actions. Of the two, it is Grant
Perks who is the pitiful loser.

Grant Perks is simply exploring legally available courses of action as
Sam Sloan always does whenever he is displeased with the results of any
decision making process.

Sam Sloan29 Jul 2006 17:34
Grant Perks has gotten even nittier. Now, he wants to change the Code
of Ethics of the USCF by a telephone conference call with the 125
delegates before the meeting in Chicago in two weeks, so as to stop me
from taking my seat on the board.

Somebody should remind Grant that he finished in fourth place in the
election and that he received 251 votes less than I did.

Here is his latest posting this morning:

"I preface my comments with saying that I am not advocating
any course of action. Just pointing out the options.

"As I understand, since the code of ethics is not part of the
by-laws, changes to the code can be made by a simple majority. So the
30 days appeal process can be dropped or modified.

"Also, Section 8 of the by-laws does allow for special
delegates meetings via Webex or some other teleconferencing means. So
we wouldn't have to wait until August 07.

Grant Perks, having lost the election, is trying to abolish the
Executive Board

Grant Perks, a former Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer
of the USCF, apparently must have thought that he was just
automatically going to be elected and that he did not have to do
anything at all. Accordingly, he made no effort to campaign.

Perks was therefore shocked when he finished fourth out of the five
candidates and received only 942 votes out of the votes 3304 cast.

http://www.uschess.org/votes2006.php

Ever since, Perks has advocated that at the meeting in Chicago on
August 12-13, 2006, the delegates find a way to overturn the election
results.

Here is the first posting by Grant Perks after the votes had been
counted and he found out that he had lost:

GrantPerks PostPosted: Thu Jul 20, 2006 4:14 pm

"It ain't over 'til it's over. And I don't think the fat lady
is scheduled to sing until the delegate's meeting.

His closing signature above, "Thanks Leroy", is a sarcastic remark
referring to the fact that he had believed that former USCF Kingmaker
Leroy Dubeck was going to support Perks for election, but Dubeck
supported another candidate instead.

The latest plan by Perks, posted last night, if for the delegates to
remove the entire currently elected Executive Board and to replace
them with a "temporary executive committee".

Talk about a sore looser!! Here is what Perks wrote:

GrantPerks PostPosted: Fri Jul 28, 2006 8:26 pm

    "Mike,

"As this point I feel less inclined to vote for not certifying
the election than I do with revoking OMOV. For a bylaws revision I
don't think there is enough time to come up with a permanent solution.
Therefore, should the general agreement be that we need to scrap OMOV,
I would suggest we just consider appointing a temporary executive
committee to replace the current executive board.
