Tiebreaks?

So ... assuming that the game 5 forfeit stands (I think it has to, even
if it was a bad decision. You can't tell a player he's behind with one
game to go when you've been telling him the score was something else for
the last six games) what are the rules for the tiebreaks?

Wow. I'm sure it won't come to that, but can you imagine how much more
absurd things would get if the world championship is decided by a drawn
time-odds blitz game?
