Impressive performance by  Kasimdzhanov at Olympiad

Sure, he isn't anybody's idea of a "real" world champion. But a performance
of 2799,  +4-0=4, including wins against Shirov and van Wely is an
indication that he, nonetheless, very strong.

He really hasn't done much to prove he is a fluke since he won in Libya.
I've always been a Kasparov fan, but I'm not so sure Kasparov will
get the better of him easily if that match happens.

I hope Kasimdzhanov starts getting invited to good events so we can
really see how good he is.
