Polgar Accuses Kronenberger of Telling TTU that She and Truong Are Child Abusers

Thread view:

Yes, it's true.  Answering an interrogatory from Kronenberger that asked
Polgar to explain the nature and contents of any communication by
Kronenberger to TTU, Polgar answered

"Statements were made or caused to be made by this defendant
[Kronenberger]to Texas Tech University which accused Plaintiff and her
husband of being child abusers......"

This is is an incredible accusation against the USCF's attorney that is
totally out in left field.

I seem to remember her that some attorney, apparently, celebrated the
same instance, and when challenged refused to say if

a) he knew the case had been investigated then dismissed after due
diligence and investigation by a court, and
b) his own role in in this, which he seemed to admit at the time as
having contacted the accuser

Therefore what is reported here is of a case, investigated by a court,
pro forma within a divorce, yet de riguer as to the nature of the
charge  - yet all dismissed AFTER investigation

What the poster 'Vidmar' should mean by posting this information again
is what?

There is something to the allegation or there is something
discreditable about the USCF's attorney raising the issue?

We don't know since such as 'Vidmar' are not concerned with that as
much as with varieties of speculation.

Now, while the cowardly poster Vidmar, girl of many masks and
remailers, will never come clear, if the character of Vidmar actually
indicted in the above?

You see, if you did opine upon a dismissed case, without indicating it
was dismissed, would that not be character denigration? That is to
say, plain libel?

No wonder Vidmar is a remailer ID since otherwise Vidmar could be
called to account for her own actions and those who got off on them,
no?

Where are you getting your (false) invormation from?

The child abuse case against Polgar and Truong had nothing to do with
a divorce.

Ah, Phil.  She's accused *Kronenberger* of contacting TTU and telling
them  that she and hubby were child abusers.

Kronenberger is not some fly by night law firm.  He is an expert in
Internet law who is often found providing commentary on places like
MSNBC and conferences devoted to the subject of Internet law.

He was a JAG attorney, a federal prosecutor and has defended many high
profile (i.e.,  lots more candlepower than the USCF) clients.  Does
anybody credibly think he would make these sort of incredible charges
against Ms. Polgar and her family?  Really??  Do you really think this
gig would be worth that career risk to him?

It sure doesn't pass my smell test, but YMMV.

Please, Phil, try to stick to the issues I raise (the credibility of
the charges against a very prominant attorney who really doesn't need
the USCF's business), and please, please, PLEASE write in coherent,
complete sentences.

Coherent, complete sentences?  From Phil?  This should be a hoot.
Paging Phil.  Paging Phil............
