Funny of the Year (thus far) and a Request to Sevan

Thread view:

From chessdiscussion's resident Sloon, Doug Forsythe.

"If Goichberg is really deep into the tactics that was used, and these
lawsuits last a number of years. The possible settlement, is not a
monetary settlement. What could happen as a settlement, the World Open
that is controlled by the Continental Chess Association could be
transferred to Susan Polgar Institute for Chess Excellence as a
settlement offer."

Sevan---please get Doug to stop posting to chessdiscussion. ;-)

Same rationale as your request regarding me. BTW, has Polgar or Truong
circulated the Second Requests for Production to Plaintiff to their
supporters yet?  If not, be sure everyone gets copies so that they can
preserve their documents in the event non-party subpoenas are served
down the road.

You've mentioned this document twice now. When will it be available
online?

Not likely that it will be.
