Now that a significant amount of information has been developed on the
civil and criminal sides of investigations regarding the interaction and
interdependence of Polgar/Truong and friends in various parts of the
country to take over and control the USCF using not just legal means
(totally proper), but illegal means as evidenced in part by the crimes
allegedly committed by Polgar and Alexander, I am looking into the
possibility of commencing a Civil RICO action as an interested USCF
member. Civil RICO (CR) has significant damage provisions that could
help the USCF recoup the costs of the litigation thus far incurred.
This action could be commenced in Texas as a counter-claim or, more
likely, as a new action in the appropriate Federal district court. The
action would not, repeat not, require the USCF to obtain counsel. It
would be brought on behalf of individual USCF members to protect their
organization.
If any of the attorneys posting or lurking here have any direct
experience regarding CR litigation, I would appreciate hearing from them
at uscfcivilrico@verizon.net I am in the exploratory stage at this point.

Contact Gordon Ray Parker. He's filed RICO suits before.
